NORPAC PROJECT
BELLINGHAM BLAZERS
The Northern Pacific Hockey League (NORPAC) was an American Tier III junior ice hockey league that I played in as a youth. Over the 16 years that the league was in operation, 20 cities had housed teams at various times, though none were managed well enough to remain operative for more than a handful of years. The Norpac Project is a pet project I’ve had where I have been going through one team from each of these cities and rebranding them, including logos, numbers, full jersey sets, and even swag. The intent here is to see the splendor of what the league could have been, if the teams had proper management and fan support to have remained successful in perpetuity.
What you see here is a small sampling from one particular team, in this case, the Bellingham Blazers of Bellingham, Washington.
